The MMS501 meat mixer by Food Machinery of America is easy to clean and operate. It features a stainless steel tank, mixing blades and cover, a cast iron structure and a steel body. The transmission consists of a chain and a belt. The tilting tank is mounted on self-adjustable ball bearings and is equipped with a tank lock. As a safety feature, it does not operate when the cover is open.
